MIREN OTOSHOP DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

1. PARTIES

This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded between the following parties:

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This Agreement has been drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale of products/services offered electronically by Miren OtoShop .

3. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

3.1 The Buyer has reviewed and approved all information on the Miren OtoShop website, such as the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery conditions of the products or services to be purchased within the scope of this contract.

3.2 Details of the purchased products/services are as follows:

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 The Buyer will make the purchase using the payment method specified at the time of ordering.
4.2 All payments are made via the payment method selected by the Buyer at the time of ordering. Product/service delivery will not be made without payment confirmation.

5. DELIVERY AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

5.1 The products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer.
5.2 Delivery time is within 30 (thirty) days at the latest following confirmation of the order.
5.3 If the Buyer is not at the specified address at the time of delivery, the Buyer is responsible for the delivery.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1 The Buyer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal for the products/services he/she has purchased, without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.
6.2 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must apply in writing to mirenotoshop@gmail.com within this period.

7. USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS

7.1 In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the products must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging.
7.2 Return shipping costs are covered by Miren OtoShop . However, in cases resulting from the Buyer's fault, shipping costs belong to the Buyer.

8. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY CONDITIONS

8.1 If the delivered products are defective, the seller will fulfill its responsibilities arising from the defective goods.
8.2 The warranty conditions of the products are stated in the warranty certificate sent with the products.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

9.1 The Buyer's personal data are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
9.2 The Buyer's information will be used only for the purpose of fulfilling orders and improving service quality.

10. COMPETENT COURT

10.1 Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction over disputes that may arise from this Agreement.

11. ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE AGREEMENT

11.1 By approving this Agreement electronically, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms.
11.2 The Contract shall enter into force on the date of its confirmation by the Buyer.
